Сетевые формы межфирменной кооперации: подходы к объяснению феномена

Аннотация

Феномен межфирменных сетевых отношений, получивший столь широкое распространение в последние годы, привлекает многочисленных исследователей, пытающихся объяснить причины его возникновения и интенсивного роста. Цель данной статьи — дать обобщающую картину развития теоретических взглядов на межфирменные сети  как новый феномен организации бизнеса, показать корни возникновения новой сетевой парадигмы в контексте развития теории фирмы и, наконец, наметить перспектив- ные направления исследования этого  феномена.
