Эффектуация и каузация как медиаторы связи между культурными ценностными ориентациями и результатами деятельности новой предпринимательской фирмы

Аннотация

В статье представлена теоретическая и эмпирическая оценка роли подходов к принятию решений (эффектуации и каузации) как медиаторов связи между ценностями национальной культуры и результатами деятельности новой предпринимательской фирмы. Данная работа вносит теоретический вклад в исследования венчурной когнитивной логики принятия решений, рассматривая характеристики национальной культуры как антецеденты предпринимательского мышления, а результаты деятельности фирмы как следствия применения различных принципов принятия решений. Эмпирическая проверка теоретической модели исследования проводилась на базе 3360 новых предпринимательских фирм из 23 стран, данные о которых были получены в рамках проекта «Глобальное исследование предпринимательского духа студентов» (GUESSS) 2013–2014 гг. Характеристики национальной культуры исследуемых стран измерялись с помощью модели культурных ценностных ориентаций Ш. Шварца. Результаты исследования показали, что оба подхода к принятию решений — эффектуация и каузация — положительно связаны с результатами деятельности новой предпринимательской фирмы. В то же время было обнаружено, что эффектуация опосредует связь между ценностями национальной культуры (принадлежность, равноправие и гармония) и результатами деятельности новой фирмы. В свою очередь, каузация выступает как медиатор связи между ценностями автономии, иерархии и мастерства и результатами деятельности новой фирмы.
