Эффектуация и каузация: взаимосвязь университетской инфраструктуры и выбора типа поведения в процессе создания бизнеса студентами-предпринимателями

Аннотация

В данной статье рассматривается университетская предпринимательская инфраструктура как важнейшая составляющая предпринимательской среды, которая в значительной степени связана с поведением и особенностями процесса принятия решений студентами-предпринимателями. Теоретическая значимость данного исследования заключается в расширении теории эффектуации и изучении взаимосвязи университетской предпринимательской инфраструктуры и логики принятия решений студентами-предпринимателями. В результате исследования было установлено, что благоприятная предпринимательская среда в университете положительно связана с формированием каузативного типа поведения студентов-предпринимателей, в то время как финансовая поддержка со стороны университета связана с развитием обоих типов предпринимательского поведения. Наличие связи между развитием социальных предпринимательских сетей и систем наставничества и формированием эффектуационного и каузативного поведения студентов-предпринимателей, а также между количеством курсов по предпринимательству, преподаваемых в университете, и каузативным поведением подтвердить не удалось. Данные взаимосвязи были установлены только при учете фактора активного участия студентов в процессе обучения предпринимательству и развития социальных сетей и систем наставничества. Исследование базируется на данных международного проекта «Глобальное исследование предпринимательского духа студентов». В выборку вошли 2324 студента-предпринимателя из 26 стран, принимавших участие в этом проекте в 2011 г.
