Внутрифирменные ориентации и их влияние на рост: опыт российских малых и средних предприятий

Аннотация

В работе представлены результаты исследования, посвященного выявлению особых наборов внутрифирменных действий, обобщенно называемых внутрифирменными ориентациями. Авторы выделяют предпринимательскую ориентацию, ориентацию на изменения и ориентацию на управление знаниями. С помощью метода факторного анализа проверяются гипотезы о наличии выделенных ориентаций, положительном влиянии внутрифирменных ориентаций на рост фирмы, а также исследуются доминирующие внутрифирменные ориентации в трех отраслях: оптово-розничной торговле, HoReCa, ИТ-индустрии. Результаты эмпирического анализа 500 малых и средних российских предприятий позволили обнаружить позитивное влияние ориентации на изменения и ориентации на управление знаниями на рост фирмы. Кроме того, было выявлено, что в разных отраслях преобладают разные внутрифирменные ориентации.
