Как управленческие практики влияют на обмен знаниями между сотрудниками? Результаты исследования в средних школах

Аннотация

Статья посвящена изучению механизмов влияния ряда управленческих практик на активность сотрудников в обмене знаниями. Выдвигается предположение, что управленческие практики влияют на поведение сотрудников в обмене знаниями не напрямую, а взаимодействуя с мотивацией сотрудников делиться знаниями и их способностями это делать. Эти идеи проверяются на основе анализа данных анкетирования 329 учителей средних общеобразовательных школ Санкт-Петербурга. Наиболее интересным результатом является то, что управленческие практики, нацеленные на создание возможностей для обмена знаниями, негативно влияют на внешнюю мотивацию учителей к обмену знаниями и выступают модератором для взаимосвязи между внутренней мотивацией к обмену знаниями и активностью сотрудников в данном процессе.
