Leadership As an Integral Problem of Behavioral Sciences
Abstract
Main reasons of the growing interest in the leadership as managerial problem are indicated. Most important issues of the leadership studies are presented in a systematic form. Methodological problems of the leadership studies are discussed as well as important directions for future studies of the topic. It is demonstrated that leadership may be considered as an integral problem of the behavioral sciences.
