Information Technologies in Russian Companies’ Management
Abstract
Company performance and its overall success in current market conditions are determined by its’ information component. Information exchange is gradually becoming more and more intensive within the company as well as with clients and in distribution networks. Availability of information exchange systems has become one of the corner-stones of competitiveness. The author describes the current state of automation of business processes, Russian managers attitudes towards the role of IT in business and the main trends in Russian corporate IT market development.
