Развитие талантливых сотрудников в российских компаниях: основные особенности и связь с результатами деятельности

Аннотация

Статья посвящена изучению практики развития талантливых сотрудников. В ней анализируются факторы, влияющие на создание и внедрение данной практики в российских компаниях. Демонстрируется связь между развитием талантов и результативностью деятельности компаний из развивающихся рынков на примере России. Полученные результаты позволяют определить специфику развития талантливых сотрудников, а также сделать выводы о ее важности в российском контексте.
