Предпринимательская активность в России: результаты проекта «Глобальный мониторинг предпринимательства» 2006–2016

Аннотация

В статье проводится изучение предпринимательской активности в России. Для выбора наиболее актуальных направлений анализа на страновом уровне представлен обзор современных исследований предпринимательской активности, в том числе возможностей и ограничений проекта «Глобальный мониторинг предпринимательства» (GEM), обладающего уникальной, ежегодно обновляемой базой данных, которая используется для всестороннего изучения предпринимательства на национальном и глобальном уровнях. Анализируются динамика уровня предпринимательской активности, устремления предпринимателей, отношение к предпринимательству в обществе, оценка факторов, препятствующих и стимулирующих предпринимательскую активность в России, а также изменения, произошедшие в период с 2006 по 2016 г. Все это позволяет оценить устойчивость главных индикаторов предпринимательской активности и основные тенденции развития предпринимательства.
