Using New Management Concepts by Polish Industrial Companies
Abstract
This article presents the results of a pilot study of implementation of the new management concepts, such as TQM, benchmarking, outsourcing, and reengineering, by small and medium sized companies in Poland. The authors also examine how the managers of these companies understand new management concepts.
