Intergrated Metrics of Strategy Process — An Attempt of Theoretical Synthesis and Empirical Validation
Abstract
This study aims to design a uniform metrics of strategy process that combines goal setting, strategic thinking and strategic actions. We present elements of the metrics and proved their applicability for empirical studies using survey and self-description techniques. We also discovered some features of strategy processes in Russian firms, including high connections of actions and strategic goals. The study has proved the applicability of the advanced instruments of strategic studies to research into Russian business.
