Marketing Innovations and Network Form of Spa & Health Resort Businesses Organization: The Experience of JSC “Russian Railways-HEALTH”
Abstract
The article analyzes the marketing innovations and their impact on firm performance on the example of the JSC “Russian Railways-HEALTH”, the leading Russian operator of spa & health resort market. In the paper the authors describe incentives mechanisms that encourage the implementation of marketing innovations as the tool of firm’s positioning in case of network form of businesses organization. The perspectives and effectiveness of innovations of the company in a highly competitive market and uncertain external environment are discussed.
