Abstract

The paper represents the analytical study of Russian chemical company’s innovation policy and behavior. It shows how the company was motivated to choose innovations as an instrument to position itself at the global market and even to cope with the crisis. We discuss opportunities, resources and efficacy of innovations as a company development strategy in competitive and uncertain environment.
