Транснациональная компания: трактовка с позиций ресурсной концепции

Аннотация

Мы опираемся на работы Эдит Пенроуз для построения ресурсной концепции транснациональной компании (ТНК). Предполагается, что международная географическая диверсификация обусловлена эндогенными процессами роста фирмы, ее «производственными возможностями», пределами экспансии на внутреннем рынке, несостоятельностью или отсутствием рынков, ощущаемыми различными возможностями за границей и олигополистическим взаимодействием. Выбор институциональной формы (прямые инвестиции за границей, субподряд, лицензирование или экспорт) обусловлен теми же факторами, а также различными характеристиками контроля и/или трансакционных издержек, присущими разным институциональным формам.
