Abstract

Mr. Abell is the Founding President of the European School of Management and Technology. The article is a version of the presentation at the Forum of Russian Managers (Moscow, April 20, 2003). The author describes challenges facing global and Russian businesses. He points out that transformation processes demand creative leadership rather than traditional rutine management. Main dimensions of successful leadership in the XXI century are named.
