«Different» Management: Time for Changes
Abstract
The point of research in the article is management paradigm for the XXI century, according to which the future approaches us not from tomorrow but from the day after tomorrow which means that we can not predict tomorrow from yesterday and today. In order to meet tomorrow with adequate strength, business must possess the features of learning organization: systems thinking, personal mastery, mental models, team learning, building shared vision. Further in the article seven factors and their possible influence on the quality of management in the XXI century are discussed.
