Корпоративное управление, социальная ответственность и финансовая эффективность компании

Аннотация

В статье представлено эмпирическое исследование, изучающее порядок взаимосвязи качества корпоративного управления, социальной ответственности компании и ее финансовой эффективности. Полученные результаты свидетельствуют о выраженной U-образной взаимозависимости между уровнем социальной ответственности и качеством корпоративного управления. Анализ также показывает, что совместное влияние качества корпоративного управления и уровня социальной ответственности на финансовую эффективность компании является противоположно направленным и имеет характер динамического Парето-эффективного равновесия. В работе предлагаются варианты теоретического обоснования полученных результатов.
