Факторы передачи управления наемному менеджеру: опыт стран СНГ и Центральной и Восточной Европы

Аннотация

В статье представлены результаты исследования, посвященного выявлению факторов, влияющих на передачу управления наемному менеджеру в странах с переходной экономикой. В процессе анализа литературы были сформулированы гипотезы о влиянии на принятие собственником решения о передаче управления таких факторов, как возраст, размер компании, восприятие правовой системы, проведение аудита, оценка приемлемого уровня коррупционных платежей. Эти гипотезы были протестированы с помощью модели логистической регрессии на базе данных Мирового банка, которая содержит панельные данные по странам СНГ и Центральной и Восточной Европы. Анализ показал, что в странах СНГ существует связь между такими факторами, как возраст, размер компании, проведение аудита, уровень коррупционных платежей, считающийся приемлемым в деловой среде, в которой оперирует компания, и решением о передаче управления наемному менеджеру собственником предпринимательской компании. Для стран Центральной и Восточной Европы значимыми факторами оказались только размер и возраст компании.
